For Grandma’s Queso Blanco Cheese :
warm milk up DO NOT LET IT BOIL once it looks like it wants to boil remove from heat add the vinegar slowly at a time stir it up a little let it sit 20 minutes or so. Over a deep bowl put your cheese cloth and put the chunky cheese let it sit 1 hour or so shred it into your serving dish add salt and mold it cover it and put it in the fridge 2 hours and enjoy
I myself was able to taste the vinegar but I got the texture and creamy I was looking for but I also used a little over half of a cup of apple cider vinegar I will add what this recipe call and more salt until I find my liking but for being my first attempt I feel good because now I have the foundation just need to find the right walls for it to make it
serve with salsa pecante (optional )
Enjoy !!
