Ingredients
– 2lbs of ground chuck

– 1 can of crushed tomatoes
– 2 cans tomato sauce
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 5 cloves of fresh garlic
– 1 large onion or 2 medium onions

– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 tablespoons of minced parsley
– 1 teaspoon dried sweet basil
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
1. In an extra-large skillet, heat up olive oil. Add diced onions and green peppers and cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until browned.
3. Add ground chuck and cook until browned. Drain the grease from the meat.
4. Add all the seasoning and spices and stir to mix them through the browned ground chuck.
5. Add the diced and crushed tomatoes, then the tomato sauce, and stir well.
6. Turn the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 1 hour.
7. In a large pot, boil spaghetti pasta for about 7-8 minutes. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent sticking. Drain the water off.
