Ingredients

– 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin), about 1-inch thick
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 cup elbow macaroni
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Prep the Shrimp and Steaks:
1. Season the shrimp and steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
1. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
2. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
3. Remove both from the grill and let the steaks rest.

Make the Mac & Cheese:
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

5. Mix in the cooked macaroni.

Steam the Broccoli:
1. Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
2. Toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
