– 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

1. Start by thinly slicing the chuck roast into strips and mixing it well in a bowl with cornstarch. This will help tenderize the beef and create a nice coating for stir-frying. Set it aside while you prepare the veggies.

2. Cut the broccoli crowns and carrots into thin slices, getting them all ready for cooking. Having everything prepped and organized will make the cooking process smooth and efficient.
