Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. Make the Filling

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, and chopped onion. Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses on top.

6. Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
