Blackened Salmon stuffed with spinach and parmesan cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
